Mercedes Noam Kostucki

Mercy's culinary journey ignited during her high school and college days, where she and her friends, devoid of professional training, bonded over cooking, exchanging stories, and laughter. This profound connection inspired her to establish HiR Fine Dining in Costa Rica in 2017.

Within just five months of its inception, HiR Fine Dining earned recognition from OpenTable as one of the "25 dishes to travel around the world for," chosen from a pool of 40,000 restaurants. By its second year, HiR Fine Dining soared to the top spot among all restaurants in Guanacaste province on TripAdvisor. It garnered attention from esteemed publications such as Fine Dining Lovers, La Nacion, Reporter Gourmet, and the Huffington Post.

Prior to transitioning, while known as Noam Kostucki, he was acclaimed as the top business coach and mentor in the UK in 2011. He guided CEOs, entrepreneurs, and artists in cultivating Fortune 500 companies with a heart-centered approach.

TV Series Fundraising

Step 1 = Raise 75k to film and edit a full fledged pilot of the TV show

Step 2 = Present the pilot to Netflix, HBO, etc

Step 3 = Film 6 to 10 episodes that will become the first series of this TV show

Help me create a TV show in which I will live and cook at the homes of people who are transphobic to turn hate into love.

To pitch a full TV to networks like Netflix, HBO and the likes, we need to have a full fledged pilot that shows how the concept works, and the quality of our production.

In this first pilot, I will live and cook at someone’s home who’s transphobic. They won’t know I’m trans until we meet in person. When they apply to be part of the show, all they will know is that a renowned fine dining chef will live in their home for 3 days and cook a beautiful and meaningful dinner for them, their friends and family.

What do you get from donating to make this first pilot?

  1. You will help make history in the entertainment industry by creating a TV show that brings a positive message and united people who believe different things

  2. You will have your name (or name of your choice) in the credits of the Pilot and a thank you on the website as the founding funders

  3. You will be invited to a private group where you will be given a chance to share your opinion about certain aspects of the show, where we will share backstage videos, and webinar to discuss the progress of the pilot and the full TV series
